At Keti, trust is at the heart of what we do — and that applies to your data too.
This page explains, simply, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us (site form, WhatsApp, email), we collect the information you send us: name, contact details (phone, email), and the description of your need (service address, nature of the service). As part of a service, we also produce photo/video reports of the work carried out, intended for the client.
Why we collect it
Only to: respond to your request, prepare quotes and contracts, carry out and follow up services, keep our invoicing and accounting obligations, and — only if you agree — inform you of our offers.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes. Our agents only have access to the information strictly necessary for their assignment and are bound by professional confidentiality, signed in their contract.
Who we share it with
Only our technical service providers (site hosting, messaging and payment tools), to the extent necessary for their service. Payments are handled by the operators concerned (Mobile Money, banks, PayPal) under their own terms.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the business relationship, then for the duration of legal obligations (accounting and tax). Requests left without follow-up are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent to communications, by writing to info@ketigroup.com. We reply within the same timeframe as any client request: acknowledgement within 24 business hours.
Security
Your data is stored on tools protected by passwords and restricted access, and is only accessible to the people who need it for their assignment.
Cookies
This site is static and sets no tracking cookie or advertising tracker. No data is stored on the site itself: the booking form simply opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, which you send yourself. No cookie banner is therefore necessary.
Legal framework
This processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable Cameroonian regulations on the protection of personal data.
