The milestone-based site, in practice

Foundations Elevation Roofing Finishes

Your site is broken into contractual stages (for example: foundations → elevation → roofing → finishes). Each milestone has its amount, set in the contract. You only pay a milestone once the previous stage is proven — with photos and videos. Your money follows the site, never the other way around. And if a paid stage isn't carried out, our guarantee applies: we complete it as a priority, or the amounts paid for what wasn't done are refunded to you. See our guarantees.

Write to us with photos: we assess what exists honestly before committing — and we'll also tell you if we're not the right fit for the project.

How is the price set?

By written quote, after studying the project (plans, site visit). The quote details every line item; the confirmed price does not change without your written agreement.

Who oversees the site day to day?

A Keti division head, who supervises the tradespeople and reports to you — he is your point of contact, from start to handover.
